BAKU MARITIME HUMAN RESOURCES AND CREW MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE
On June 20-21, the "BakuShippingDinner" will host a conference in Baku on "Human Resources and Crew Management in the Maritime Transport Sector". The event will feature representatives from the International Maritime Organization (IMO), the World Maritime University, the Turkish Maritime Directorate, employees of major shipping companies operating in Turkey, and guests from countries along the Caspian Sea and Black Sea.
Professors from the World Maritime University and other participants will present on maritime safety, security, and environmental protection. There will also be panel discussions featuring international experts to answer questions from seafarers and other participants. The main goal of the event is to bring together ship owners, human resources in maritime, brokers, transportation-logistics, shipping companies, and representatives of transportation structures operating in the Caspian and Black Sea regions.
It aims to share knowledge and experience in crew management and human resource management in maritime safety, and to introduce participants to foreign shipping companies, supporting the creation of employment opportunities and new jobs in international waters.
